IT Operations	- Maintains the logging infrastructure - Ensures log collection agents are healthy and up-to-date - Manages backup and retention processes
Data Analyst	- Monitors audit logs for anomalous patterns - Produces periodic dashboards and reports - Recommends areas for deeper investigation
Developers	- Instrument applications to emit consistent audit events - Validate schema compliance for new log fields - Review log performance impact
Compliance Officer	- Conducts annual CJIS compliance assessments - Verifies that policies adhere to FBI CJIS Security Policy v6.0 - Coordinates external audits
